The professional work of the practice is undertaken by Steven Brockwell BSc,FRICS, a chartered building surveyor with over 20 years experience of residential property of all types including grade II listed in Surrey. His work has been principally centred on Guildford and Kingston but has also extended to Hampshire and West Sussex. The practise specialises in the preparation of Building Surveys (full structural surveys) and RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation (HSV) reports. |
